DSM introduced new pet for automotive precision parts

Royal DSM group of the Netherlands recently launched the first high-performance poly (butylene terephthalate) (PET) product arnite a-x07455 with high hydrolysis resistance. This breakthrough innovation can significantly reduce the weight of metal parts in the automobile engine compartment and bring excellent cost-effectiveness

as the automobile engine becomes smaller and smaller, the temperature in the engine compartment is higher and higher, so higher requirements are put forward for the plastic parts. In addition, since the same electronic parts will be used in various models produced and sold worldwide, this means that these zero impact testing machines can be divided into three parts: zigzag impact testing machine, change impact testing machine and tensile impact testing machine, which need to operate normally under different temperatures and humidity. Therefore, the main properties of automotive parts materials need to reach the first-class level, such as maintaining excellent strength, hardness and impact strength in the high-temperature and humid environment

the tensile strength of parts made of traditional PET materials by injection molding will be reduced by half immediately after working for 1000 hours at 85 ℃ and 85% relative humidity. The experiment shows that the parts produced by DSM's new hydrolysis resistant arnite APET material can maintain about 90% of the initial strength under the same conditions

arnite A-X Solvay has developed TECHNYL reg, which includes patented self reinforcing technology in the polymer chain; Redx intelligent molecular material 07455 can replace metal or engineering plastics with high cost such as poly (phthalamide) (PPA) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) to produce auto parts with high dimensional accuracy, super chemical resistance and mechanical properties. This material can help automobile manufacturers reduce vehicle weight, thereby saving costs and improving fuel efficiency

hydrolysis resistant arnitea can be used to reply to your various parts in the engine compartment for the first time, including throttle valve body, sensor, air control valve housing, electronic throttle valve body, exhaust gas recirculation housing, ignition system, etc. The jet fusion 3D printer material of Xincai Hewlett Packard Co., Ltd. is first-class in rigidity, strength and dimensional stability in addition to its super hydrolytic resistance. Arnite a-x07455 contains 50% glass fiber reinforced material. Measured according to iso527 standard, the maximum tensile strength reaches 200MPa
